|
The bylaws to the Planning Commission are being updated to accommodate the recent changes to the Planning Commission structure made through Ordinances No. 6031 and 6036. At its April 9, 2015 meeting, the Planning Commission acknowledged the proposed amendments to the bylaws and suggested a change to Article V Section 6 regarding the start time of the meetings. That provision has been changed and is incorporated into the amendments, and it is highlighted in yellow. However, due to an oversight the Bylaws were not placed upon the April 23 agenda for approval. Since the Bylaws provide that they will only be amended if “the proposed amendment has been introduced in writing at the prior regular meeting of the Commission,” the proposed amendments must be re-acknowledged today so a vote can be taken on May 21. |
